1. Is HDMI 2.0 Sync box light kit supports H-D-R, Dolby Vision function?

Answer: Not only your TV monitor, but also your HDMI device must support H-D-R, Dolby Vision Function so that you can use Dolby, H-D-R function with our HDMI 2.0 light kit.

2. Support ARC (Audio Return Channel)?

Connection method is: HDMI device (TV box) → sync box → ARC → TV screen;

3. How to use the kit with several devices such as PS4/5+Xbox One + TV box etc?

(You need to use them with one HDMI switch to control the HDMI signal input, each time can use one HDMI signal).

What kind of external device can I use with this product?

1. This system doesn’t support built-in TV tuner or built-in smart applications;

2. The kit is designed for a person who uses TV with an external HDMI-compatible source (Fire TV Stick, Chromecast 4K, SAT/cable receiver, TV box, Xbox, PlayStation 4/5, Apple TV, etc.);

3. If your TV has multiple HDMI-compatible devices, the HDMI-compatible cable must be reconnected manually.

Installation:

1. The installation and setup take only about 8-10 minutes. It doesn’t require professional knowledge or soldering iron as everything is already wired and provided with plugs;

2. You should ensure that the TV back is about 5-15 mm from the wall as the wall serves as a reflector and therefore should be white.
