    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

  • Supplier & Warehouse Handling:
    Many items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to provide you with the best prices and broadest product selection. Occasionally, items may require extra handling time depending on availability and warehouse location.


🇬🇧 UK Shipping Options

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • Cost: Free on all orders.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracking: Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your item ships. If tracking is unavailable, you’ll still receive email confirmation of shipment.

Express Delivery

Currently unavailable as we continue to develop our domestic warehouse network. Stay tuned for future updates!


🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders placed from outside the UK will automatically be cancelled, and payment promptly refunded to the original payment method.


📬 Multiple & Partial Deliveries

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately due to being shipped directly from different suppliers.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers and notifications for each shipment, when applicable.


📍 Providing Correct Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete during checkout.

  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute or alter delivery addresses.

  • GadgetNova is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address details.

📜 Pre-orders & Backorders

  • Products clearly marked as “Pre-order” or “Backorder” on the product page have extended delivery times.

  • You’ll see the estimated dispatch date on the product page at checkout.

  • These items ship as soon as stock becomes available. You’ll receive tracking details once shipped.

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery on the next working day or leave a collection card with instructions.

  • Please follow courier instructions promptly to avoid parcels being returned to us.

  • Items returned to GadgetNova due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts will incur re-shipping fees if you request re-delivery.
